بررسی تأثیر زبری سطوح بر عملکرد خنک‌کاری بازیابی در موتور سوخت مایع

چکیده

از میان روش‌های موجود برای خنک­کاری محفظه­ی احتراق موتور سوخت مایع، روش خنک­کاری بازیابی به­دلیل راندمان و کارایی بالا، بیشتر مورد استفاده قرار می­گیرد. در این مقاله، یک محفظه­ی احتراق سوخت مایع با خنک­کاری بازیابی به­روش عددی و به‌صورت تقارن محوری شبیه‌سازی‌ شده و تأثیر افزایش زبری سطوح کانال خنک‌کننده، بر عملکرد خنک­کاری بازیابی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است، نتایج نشان می­دهد که با افزایش ارتفاع زبری سطح تا 24 میکرون در دیواره­ی کانال خنک‌کننده، بیشینه دمای دیواره­ی نازل که در قسمت گلوگاه رخ می‌دهد، کاهش چشم­گیری یافته و میزان حرارت منتقل‌شده از گازهای حاصل از احتراق به سیال خنک‌کننده افزایش می‌یابد. میزان کاهش دما در گلوگاه زمانی که از آب به عنوان سیال خنک­کننده استفاده شود 9.9 درصد و زمانی که از هیدروژن مایع به عنوان سیال خنک­کننده استفاده شود حدود 32 درصد می­باشد. همچنین در محدوده­ی ارتفاع زبری 0 تا 24 میکرون، با افزایش بیشتر ارتفاع زبری سطح، بیشینه دمای دیواره­ی نازل کمتر می­شود.

Among the available coolingmethods in the combustion chamber of liquid propellant engine, regenerative cooling is widely used due to its good performance used. In this paper, a combustion chamber of liquid propellant engine is simulated numerically and effect of increasing cooling channel surface roughness on cooling performance is studied. The results showed that maximum temperature of combustion chamber wall is in the throat and by increasing surface roughness in cooling channel, the temperature in throat decrease and the heat transfer from the combustion gases to the cooling fluid increases. The temperature drop in the throat is  and  when water and liquid hydrogen is used as cooling fluid respectively. Also in the roughness height between  and  by increasing the surface roughness, temperature drop in throat increase.
