تحلیل کمانش و پس‌کمانش پانل ساندویچی با هسته انعطاف‌پذیر تقویت شده با سیم‌های آلیاژ حافظه‌دار

چکیده

آلیاژ‌های حافظه‌دار عنوان گروهی از مواد هوشمند می‌باشند که خواص متمایز و برتری نسبت به سایر آلیاژها دارند. رفتار تنش- کرنش این مواد دو پدیده غیرخطی خاص را در برمی‌گیرد، اثر حافظه‌داری و اثر شبه‌الاستیک. رفتار آلیاژ طی این دو اثر به‌گونه‌ای است که بعد از ورود آن به حالت پلاستیک، ماده شکل اولیه خود را بازیابی خواهد کرد. پژوهش انجام‌شده بر پایه مدل‌سازی این دو رفتار آلیاژهای حافظه‌دار در نرم‌افزار آباکوس و با استفاده از کد یومت می‌باشد. شبیه‌سازی کمانش و پس‌کمانش پانل‌های ساندویچی از مواردی است که در این پژوهش مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. تهیه کد یومت خواص آلیاژ حافظه‌دار امکان هرگونه استفاده از امکانات آباکوس جهت تحلیل رفتار سازه‌های هوشمند ساخته شده با آلیاژ حافظه‌دار را برای طراح فراهم می‌سازد. همچنین در این پژوهش، ابتدا نیروی بحرانی کمانش پنج مود اول به ازای درصدهای متفاوت آلیاژ در پوسته‌ها و هسته مطالعه شده و سپس اثرات تغییر درصد حجمی آلیاژها، فاصله از محور خنثی، تغییر زوایای الیاف و اثر کرنش اولیه آلیاژ حافظه‌دار بر پایداری و رفتار پس از کمانش مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بررسی­ها نشان از ایجاد تغییرات زیاد آلیاژ حافظه‌دار روی نتایج به دلیل تنش بازیابی بزرگی که در حین تغییر فاز ایجاد می‌کنند، را دارد.
